How much luggage can I bring?
Our vehicles were specifically chosen to accommodate most any luggage requirements. We offer 2 check bags and 1 carry on per person for free and additional baggage will incur a $5 per bag fee. Oversized luggage may incur additional fees - please call for more information.
How do I find you at the Airport?
Each city we provide service has unique pickup instructions. You can find full pickjup instructions on your confirmation email. Customer service is available to assist you by calling (855) 937-5668 option 3
I'm traveling with children, what should I expect?
Children riding on SKOOT 3 yrs or under ride FREE. We are a family company first Therefore safety and affordability is our number one priority. We do not provide child safety seats so ifyour child is under the minimum age/weight standards set by the state your are traveling (less than 3 years of age or weighing less than 60 pounds), we strongly recommend that you supply an approved child safety seat for your child. Although it is not mandatory that a child safety seat is supplied, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian traveling with the child to make sure that the child is transported safely.
Can I bring a pet on-board?
Shared Ride Reservation Policy Passengers are permitted to bring pets on board that either can fit in your lap and/or you have a proof of a special permit. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Express or Exclusive Reservation Policy Pets are allowed as stated above, as well as larger pets in a airline permitted crate.
Is my credit card information secure?
All credit card communications utilize HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer, or HTTP over SSL) which encrypts sensitive information.
I need to change some information on my reservation, what do I do?
Currently, we require you to call our customer service to amend a reservation. Call us toll-free at (855) 937-5668 .
I want to cancel my reservation, how do I do that and will I receive a refund?
It is free to cancel a reservation with SKOOT 24 hours or more from your scheduled pickup time. SKOOT's goal is provide you with the freedom to book a ride and not feel locked locked into that if plans do change. In the unfortunate event that you forget to cancel and one of our drivers is dispatched, we do charge for the fare to cover the costs of drive making the trip.
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to show up on your account. If you need further explanation, do not hesitate to contact Customer Support toll-free 855-WE-SKOOT.
I need another copy of my confirmation email, can I do that online?
Yes, go to My Reservations, enter in your confirmation # and your last name to find your reservation. Once you do that, you'll have the ability to resend your confirmation email.
I need a receipt of my transactions, do you offer that?
Yes we do. Go to My Reservations, search for your reservation and click the button that says Get Receipt. You can print online or send it to an email.
